These terms govern purchases made on viewsy.io ("Viewsy", "we"). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. The service

Viewsy sells social media engagement services delivered through third-party providers. Viewsy is not affiliated with TikTok, Instagram/Meta or YouTube/Google. Results, speed and retention vary by service and platform, and we make no guarantee of specific outcomes such as reach, revenue or account growth beyond the quantity ordered.

2. Your responsibilities

  • You must provide a correct public username or link, and keep the account/post public until delivery completes.
  • You are responsible for complying with the terms of the platform you use.
  • You must be 18 or over, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Orders and payment

Prices are shown in GBP and the final total is displayed before payment. Payment is processed by Whop. We submit an order for delivery only after payment has been confirmed.

Start times and completion times vary by platform, service, quantity and provider availability. “Starts after payment” means the order is submitted after confirmation; it is not a promise of instant completion.

4. Refunds and refills

If we cannot start an order, you may request a refund. If only part of an order can be delivered, any refund is limited to the undelivered portion. Refill support applies only to eligible services and remains subject to the conditions in our Refill Policy.

5. Account checks

For follower and subscriber services, we may check that the submitted profile exists and is public before checkout. This check does not require or collect your social-media password. A successful check confirms only that the public profile was available at that time.

6. Platform changes and results

Social platforms can change their systems, remove engagement or restrict accounts. We do not promise increased reach, revenue, rankings or other commercial results. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
