By accessing and using Viewsy's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Viewsy is a social media marketing (SMM) panel that provides services to increase social media metrics including but not limited to followers, views, likes, and engagement on platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and valid links to your social media content
  • Ensure your social media accounts are public when placing orders
  • Not use our services for illegal or fraudulent purposes
  • Not attempt to manipulate or abuse our service
  • Accept full responsibility for the use of our services on your accounts

4. Service Delivery

We strive to deliver all services as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on the service and order size. While we aim for instant delivery, some orders may take up to 24-48 hours to complete.

We do not guarantee that followers, views, or engagement received through our services will interact with your future content. Our service focuses on increasing metrics and social proof.

5. Account Security

We will never ask for your social media account passwords. All services are delivered using only public links to your content. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Viewsy account credentials.

6. Refund Policy

We offer full refunds if:

  • Your order cannot be delivered due to technical issues on our end
  • The service fails to start within 24 hours of order placement
  • You receive significantly less than what you ordered

Refunds will not be issued if the order was delivered successfully or if the issue was caused by incorrect information provided by you.

Viewsy is not liable for any damages, losses, or account restrictions that may occur as a result of using our services.

9. Payment Terms

We accept payments via PayPal, Credit/Debit Cards (processed through Stripe), and Cryptocurrency. All payments are processed securely. Prices are subject to change without notice.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12. Age Restrictions

Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 16. If you are under 16, you may not use our services or provide any personal data to us. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 16, we will take steps to delete such information.
