Some services include refill support. Where a package is eligible, we can request replacement delivery for qualifying drops during its stated refill period.
Which services
Refill support applies only when the service or package was described as refill-eligible when ordered. The applicable period and provider conditions may vary by service.
Conditions
- The account/post must remain public and must not have been renamed.
- Refills cover drops from the delivered quantity, not drops in organic numbers.
- A refill cannot exceed the quantity originally ordered and is not a cash refund.
- Platform removals, restrictions or changes outside our control may make a refill unavailable.
How to request
Contact us with your order number and checkout email. We will review the delivery record and confirm whether the order is eligible.
